Thanks Amanda. It was such a great experience for us. Please let everyone know that we are available for any questions that may come up during their practice with the dvds.

The U.S. bobsled and skeleton athletes that attended the national team camp found the yoga sessions extremely valubale, and many of them have continued to practice with the DVDs provided. I know our coaching staff plans to implement yoga into their training sessions, and we are incredibly grateful for the time you spent with us. A HUGE "Thank you" from the U.S. bobsled and skeleton team athletes, coaches and staff!

HI Brian. It is likely that the difficulty stems from tight hip flexors on the back leg. With consistent practice, you will gain flexibility in that region. Many of the postures in the routines address tight hip flexors as it is so common, especially with people who are active in sports, etc. Stay in Warrior and continue to try and to do anterior and posterior pelvic tilt unless your knee on the back leg feels tweaked. In that case, raise your heel a bit until your hip flexors become more flexible. Thanks for your comment!!

Hi Enjoyed the work shop. I just graduated from the express CD to Basic CD. I am having trouble with pulsing of my pelvic region on bi curls in warrior stance. I can get a little movement when my back heel is up but when it is down it is like my hips are frozen. Any thoughts? Thanks Yogi Brian (future teacher of Pulse Yoga)

What I liked so much about the Yoga for Athletes book was the fact that its not just for athletes.
but its important to be doing yoga the right way, In my case it must be simple and easy so that i can do it alone.

Prisca is in Punta Mita with her family until the 23rd, but she is on vacation. Sorry we missed you! There are regular classes though at the Kupuri Beach Club under the palapa on Mon, Wed and Fri at 9:30 or maybe it is 10:00 am.
