Lumbar T-score went from -3.0 to -2.3. hip T-score went from -2.2 to -2.0. I am quite happy with the results.

Pulsing out of the jet lag state

Carrot, apple beet juice is another things I like to get my system cleaned out and refreshed. So yoga may not be the panacea for all ills, but it may, along with all of the other benefits, be helpful for jet lag.

We came upon boxes and boxes of release forms with the names of all of our former students. As we started sorting through them, we found ourselves saying things like, “Oh remember so and so and what ever happened to them. Are they still in Vail? I wonder how they are doing.”
